We are currently seeking a highly organized, motivated, and dynamic individual to join our team in Southaven, MS as an Office Manager. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support, and leading office organization efforts to create a productive work environment for all employees.

Job Duties
This position is responsible for assisting the service and sales departments with day-to-day operations. Individual will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including:
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and manage office supplies inventory.
  • Ensure the office is maintained in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Provide administrative support to management and staff as needed.
  • Deliver financial reporting as needed
  • Verify and analyze franchise performance reports
  • Ensure that all client communications are handled in a professional manager
  • Managing the team of coordinators who receive inbound calls, schedule service requests, and coordinating crews to be dispatched to jobs.
  • Assist in hiring office personnel and ensure employment best practices and compliance
  • Manage the training and development plans for office team
  • Oversee performance management for office team
Job Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred 
  • At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience
  • At least 3 year of customer service and/or office-related experience
  • Must be dependable, organized, efficient, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to handle a hectic, fast-paced work environment with ability to multi-task.
  • Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening.
  • Must be able to work as part of a team.
  • Must maintain a positive attitude and be willing to learn.
 
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
This is a role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary.
